Of course babe! No! However, I did want to make sure to discuss this with you so I pretended it was a FAQ :) A lot of the work I do with my clients is "therapeutic" but I am not a licensed therapist... I play by my own rules. However I am trauma informed, well studied in regards to neuroscience, the nervous system, and human design, and am certified as a health and life coach, an eating disorder and addiction recovery coach, and in a plethora of healing modalities including but not limited to: EFT, NLP, hypnosis, breathwork, pre and postnatal care, and ayurveda.
